THE POWER OF FAMILY UNITY

INTERPERSONAL COMPLEMENTARITY & HARMONY

INTERPERSONAL COMPLEMENTARITY & HARMONY

INTERPERSONAL COMPLEMENTARITY & HARMONY

  •  We all have to pull each other up as necessary in life.

  • Each member is active in his/her own life and we also sit down together, have meals together, be able to talk and work things out.
  • Good and constant communication is the key

  • Making sure that your family understand your goals, there are no surprises, and everything is well thought-out.

  • The family must see that you are someone who has goals and works towards goals and values success.  One becomes a role model for others.

THE POWER OF TRUST

INTERPERSONAL COMPLEMENTARITY & HARMONY

INTERPERSONAL COMPLEMENTARITY & HARMONY

  • Having a belief in you family, in your partner, etc.  They are there because they want to be there.

  • Trust is the foundation on which love is built and sustained.

  • Trust develops with familiarity and understanding and the ability to handle differences.

  • Differences are handled in a way that is respectful, calm, and uplifting builds trust in each other.

THE POWER OF LOVE

INTERPERSONAL COMPLEMENTARITY & HARMONY

EMOTIONAL SECURITY

  • Love is the ability to put the interest of the other person above your interest.

  • Love is the ability to overcome the "ME" inside and putting it on the backburner and then putting the other person in front.

  • Over time love develops when one starts at a basic level. Love at first sight is more infatuations. Constant interaction, constant communication, and getting to understand truly how the other person functions is how love develops.

EMOTIONAL SECURITY

IMPROVED SELF-ESTEEM

EMOTIONAL SECURITY

  • A stable and secure person is the best person to be around.  Such a person is good to others and to oneself, is interested in self-improvement,  and improving family relationships.

  • An emotionally secure person is an excellent partner due to focus on self-improvement and the relationship.  Focus is also on assisting others in their development.  This is mindset.

  • Even if one person is calm and clear, the whole relationship becomes calm and clear. Great wisdom comes from calmness and promotes relationship sustainability.

  • Regular exercise (i.e. running, high endurance activities, etc.) really promotes steadiness, joy, and sustained energy rejuvenation.

VALIDATION

IMPROVED SELF-ESTEEM

IMPROVED SELF-ESTEEM

  •  There is not much value in trying to get validated by others. It is all about being validated by yourself.  There are always doubts/obstacles and the key is to work around them.

  • One realizes one's own correct path via self-validation with a ever expanding mind.

  • When the family becomes part of one's journey, they also start to feel positive validation.

  • External validation is not a true measure of success or joy. It may just be a validation of a job well done.  The applause cannot be motivator to live life.

  • Most of the validation has to come from within.

IMPROVED SELF-ESTEEM

IMPROVED SELF-ESTEEM

IMPROVED SELF-ESTEEM

  •  People with high self-esteem are able to work independently, they are able to work better, and they do not need external validation from others all the time, include one's partner.

  • When one has a partner with high self-esteem, there is more independence and have greater accomplishments.  They are also assisting others due to high self-esteem.  They have more self belief in themselves due to the ability to keep relationship together.

  • When people have low self-esteem, there is a need for external validation and need other crutches in their life. That could be an addiction, over focus on social media, gambling, parties, etc.

  • People with high self-esteem do not need external crutches to support themselves.
